Produce two case studies on digital magazine publishers

Produce two case studies on digital magazine publishers.

  • What magazines, both print and digital do they publish?

Digital stories online such as  'Now' and ' History War'

They also publish print magazines such as 3D Artist.

  • What other creative work do they create? apps, branding etc?

Imagine Publishing has mainly digital brands such as ' Photoshop for beginners, Book artist, Play, Pocket world' etc.

Their ideal audience would be digital gaming types of people

What is their approach to publishing?                                                                                         Their approach to publishing is very colourful and seem to want to publish creative and digital brands. They publish mainly gaming and digital brands since that is their audience.

High quality trusted brands

Quick to market

Content works hard

Innovative and entrepreneurial

International content

Control and management of content and rights

Multiplatform

  • Have they won any awards?
Won the Media Pioneer Awards in 2013

How would you summarise them? (you are looking at the business side of publishing here)

I'd summarise the website as a very proffessional and informal book service, good choice of Advertisement, although not relevant to the book side.
Also think its a good website with their award on show, show's people that the website is trusting and loyal.
